AN ORDINANCE PROVID[NG FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF
I CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO THE B.I. (B[BIR[DT[~DmSIDB$~BIAL)
AND THE 6.0. (6OBUR9AmYOEBmBE~CIONINGO~IS~Rm[$$~ICTS.
16.573 ACRES PROPOSED FOR B.I. AND 1.398 ACRES PRO-
POSED FOR 6.0. SOUTH OF POST ROAD AND WEST OF LIGGETT
ROAD AND BEING PARTIALLY IN FRANKLIN COUNTY AND PARTIALLY
IN UNION COUNTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following-described real estate (see attached Legal
De'scriptions marked Exhibit "A") situated in the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to the B.I. (BemttEdtiddwB~omttia~~dabdeSC.O. .
(6obmobabyOf6mmercial) Districts and shall be subject to regulations and
procedures contained in Ordinance No: 21-70, the Village of Dublin Zoning
Code and Codified Ordinances, Part Eleven, and amendments thereto.
SECTION t. The ApplicaMon, Exhibit "B", including the list of contiguous
property owners and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commissio
Exhibit "C" are all incorporated into and made an official part of this
Ordinance and, said real estate shall be developed and used in accordance
therewith.
