AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING
I OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO THE PLR. "PLANNED
LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" ZONING DISTRICT. A
7.576 ACRE TRACT OF LAND ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY
SIDE OF CORBIN MILLS DRIVE, EAST OF FRANTZ
ROAD AND SOUTH OF THE DUBLIN PLAZA SHOPPING
CENTER.

NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
( SECTION I . That the fol lowing described real estate (see attach-
ed legal description) marked Exhibit "A", situated in t he V i I I age
of Dubl in, State of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to the PLR "PLANNED
LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" Zoning District and shal I be subject to
regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No: 2 I -70, the
Village of Dubl in Zoning Code, and amendments thereto.
SECTION 2. The appl ication, Exh i bit "B", the I ist of contiguous
property owners, Exhibit "C", the I oc at i on P I at , Exhibit "D" and
the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Ex-
hibit "E" are al I incorporated into and made an official part of
this Ordinance and said real estate shal I be developed and used
I in accordance therewith.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
from and after the earl iest period al lowed by law.

I RE: Zoning Changes (amendments to Zoning Classification)
I have received an appl ication for a rezoning and, as I
understand the process, an Ordinance should be introduced
by a Counc i I Member and read for the first time.
Immediately after the first reading, the presiding officer
of Counc i I shal I set a publ ic hearing before a joint meeting
of Counc i I and the Planning and Zoning Commission NOT earl ier
than fifteen (15) days after this first reading. ---
The Clerk of Counci I shal I cause a Notice of public hearing
to be published in a newspaper, (onetime) and said Notice
shal I be publ ished at least seven (7) days prior to the date
of the publ ic hearing.
The Clerk of Counci I s ha II , by certified mail, send written
notices to all contiguous property owners immediately after
the public hearing, copies of the Ordinance shal I be referred
to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Chairman of P&Z
sha II place the Ordinance on the P&Z Agenda for the next
regular meeting of said Pf,'Z that is not less than seven (7)
I days following the publ ic hearing. The Commission shall,
by a roll ca II vote of a majority of its members, Issue a
written notice of its recommendations to the Clerk of Counci I
who sha II include the third reading in the agenda of the next
regular meeting of Council, but shal I not be less than seven
(7) days fol lowing receipt of the Commissions recommen 'tions.

of not less than 8- 1/2 x 11 inches and not more than 16 x 20 inches). The map

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village
of Dublin, being in Virginia Military Survey No. 2542, containing
7.576 acres of land, more or less, said 7.576 acres being more

Beginning, for reference, at the centerline intersection of
Frantz Road and Corbin's Mill Drive as said centerline
intersection is shown and delineated upon the recorded plat of
Corbin's Mill Subdivision, of record in Plat Book 55, Page 81,
Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio; thence, from said
reference point of beginning, S 800 13' 30" E, with the centerlin
of said Corbin's Mill Drive, a distance of 298.15 feet to a point;
thence S 90 46' 30" W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point of
curvature in a southerly right-of-way line of said Corbin's Mill
Drive; the~ce eastwardly, with a southerly right-of-way line of ,
said Corbin's Mill Drive and with the arc of a curve to the left

a chord distance of 4.95 feet to the true point of beginning at
