AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE 6 MONTH PRO-
BATIONARY APPOINTMENT OF A RESERVE POLICE
I OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN.
WHEREAS, Ray Scharf has satisfactorily p.ssed a written ex.inati Ion,
a physical exa.ination, a background investigation and an oral
interview all for the purpose of beco.ing a Reserve Police Officer
for the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed said officer for a 6 .onth pro-
bat i onary term,; .as Reserve Po lice Off i cer for sa i d Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. The 6 month probationary appoint.... of Ray Scharf
as Vill.~e of Dublin Reserve Police Officer, be, and he is, hereb y
approved and confir.ed.
SECTION 2. This appointment i. to continue as probationary until
such ti.e as the said officer i. either finally appointed and
confirmed .s Reserve Police Officer or until the final appointmen~
is rejected.
, SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
