WHEREAS, an existing proposed utility easement running generally north and south across certain property within the Village of Dublin owned of record by Harry M. Hall and Jamie S~ Hall, has not been utilized and is not necessary for the purposes proposed, and WHEREAS, the said property owners are dedicating for said utility purposes an alternate utility easement which is acceptable to the utilities in question, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, , members concurring, that: Section 1. That existing utility easement as illustrated I on the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference, be and the same hereby is vacated and deleted from the recorded plat of O'Shaughnessy Hills Subdivision, Perry Township, Dublin, Ohio, Plat Book 20, Page 4, of the Recorders Office, Franklin County, Ohio. Section 2. The deed of easement attached hereto as Exhibit B, granting an alternate easement for utilities, acceptable to Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company, be and the same hereby is accepted by the Village of Dublin, Ohio. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period permitted by law. DEED OF EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Harry M. Hall and Jamie S.
