AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID
FOR GLICK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE
I MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for Glick
Road Improvements and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~Af~~~~

bid: .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, j1 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of 7'ZI.t:.t:l~ fJo.m~ ~~ for
Glick Road Improvements in accordance with specific ions . fi in the
office of the Manager be, and hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for th
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reaso
that these improvements should be initiated and completed at the earliest pos
sible date and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
