A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN

WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and commission
candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Todd Zimmerman is hereby reappointed to a four-year term on the Planning
& Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; and
Section 2. Clayton Bryan is hereby reappointed to athree-yearterm on the Architectural
Review Board, a term which expires on March 31, 2011; and
Section 3. Bangalore Shankar is hereby reappointed to athree-yearterm on the Board
of Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2011; and Victoria Newell is
hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Jeffrey Ferezan on the Board of Zoning
Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2009; and
Section 4. Richard Filler, William Sherman, and Eric Snyder are hereby appointed to
three-year terms on the Community Services Advisory Commission, terms which expire
on March 31, 2011; and Christine Gawronski is hereby appointed to aone-yearterm on
the Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2009;
and
Section 5. Naomi Hoyt is hereby appointed to a two-year term as City representative to
the Dublin Arts Council, a position which expires on March 31, 2010; and
Section 6. Ken Frazer and Tim May are hereby reappointed to three-year terms on
the Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31, 2011;
Chris Clinton and Ron Geese are hereby appointed to three-year terms on the Parks
& Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31, 2011; and
Michele Baker and Lois Reese are hereby appointed to two-year terms on the Parks
& Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which expire on March 31, 2010; and
Section 6. Mark Stemm is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, a term which expires on March 31, 2011.
Section 7. Darin Moore is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Records
Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2011; and
Section 8. Each of the above-named persons shall serve beginning April 1, 2008 and
until a successor is appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as
determined by City Council.
Section 9. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)
of the Revised Charter.
