Ii BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Village of Dublin,

That on tOCl4)~ b , 1975 at 8:00 P.M. at the Dubl in
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the
proposed rezoning of the following described land from
Zoning Oistrict R-I to Zoning Districts R-2 and R-4:
Situated in the State of Ohio, the County of Franklin, the
Township of Washington and being part of Virginia Military
Surveys No: 2543 and No: 2544 and being morc particularly
described as follows:
Beginning with a pin in the centerline of State Route No:
745, Washington Township, Franklin County Ohio, which pin
IS located at the northwesterly corner of Dubl in Estates
., and on the boundary between VMS 2543 and VMS 2544 (Dub I in
, Estates shown on Tax Map N-I05-A, County Court House) thence
with the center I ine of State Route No: 745 S. 150 02' 19" E.
786.19 feet to a point, thence N. 860 06' 26" W. 452.82 feet
to a point, thence S. 150 02' 19" E. 610.0 feet to a pipe
found in a fence line, thence following said fence N. 860

ction of the two fences, thence following along a wire fence
N. 170 09' 00" w. 850.05 feet to a metal post set in concrete,
. thence with the northerly I ine to Evergreen Estates and marked
by a wire fence S. 880 44' 17" E. 2,744.88 feet to a corner,
being the northwest corner to 11.06 acres belonging to Mary
E. and Mary R. Carpenter, thence following along the westerly
boundary to four units of land shown on Franklin County Eng-
ineers tax map to belong to Carpenter, Erwin, Speidel" and
Gill S. 030 12' 27" W. 943.31 feet to a point in an open field,
being the southwesterly corner to Eileen C. and Dwight Gi II's
5.60 acres, thence with the south boundary to aforesaid Gi I I
S. ~20 24' 53" E. 1,356.49 feet to a pin in the centerline of
State Route No: 745, thence following the centerline thereof
S. 150 24' 10" E. 147.24 feet to the true point of beginning
containing 105.203 acres more or less and being subject to
