' 33 75 A RESOLUTION APPROVJNG THEJ.~QR.T ~'THE: ~SSESSMENT i EQUALIZATION BOARD ON OBJECTIONS CONCERNING THE t ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A I MUNICIPAL SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN I 0 - Whereas, the assessment equalization board heretofore appointed by Resolution No. 25-75 of this council passed June, 1975, to hear and determine all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the construction in the Village of Dublin, of a Municipal Sewage Collection System including trunk sewers, subtrunk sewers,.loca1 sewers, and appurtenances in the public streets and rights-of-way and easements as fully described in Resolution No. 16-74 passed on July 15, 1974, declaring the necessity of constructing said system, has filed its report with this council as to its determination of such objections; and . i Wher~as, council deems such report proper in all respects, with the,' exception that Parcel No. 46 in Washington Township was split to fo~arce1 No. 260, resulting in a condition that the benefits to Parcel No. 26 were assessed twice and whereas council deems it necessary to equalize the assessment to Parcel No. 46 by decreasing the amount assessed to Parcel No. 46 in the amount assessed to Parcel No. 26a,and increasing the village portion in the same amount rather than causing an increase in all assessed amounts requiring additional notices and hearing; Now, therefore, be it resolved by the council of the Village of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio: Sec tion 1. The report of the assessment equalization board hereinbefore {} recited be and the same is hereby approved and the assessments as equalized by said board and reported by it be and they are hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Village Clerk of this council. July 21, 197.5 0 Dublin Council Dublin, Ohio Dear Counoilmen: The Assessment Equalization Board, assigned to hear those assessed under Phase I of the ~ublin Sanitary Sewer who felt their assessments to be unfair, has met as required and heard all who came forward. After lengthy weighing of the facts that were presented, and with muoh disoussion and examination of available data, it is the unanimous conclusion of this Board that all assessments were made in an equal manner and that they were applied under the Rules for Assessing as determined by statute and precedent.
