That on J~ ~,14l\1~, 1975, at 8:00 P.M., at the Dublin Municipal Building
a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning of the following des-
cribed land from Agricultural and Residential to CC (Community Commeroial)
and S.O. (Suburban Office) Districts.
Situated in Virginia Military Survey No. ~419 in the Village of Dublin, ')
County of Franklin, ~ate of Ohio, and being a part of a tract of land
oonveyed as 25 aores to Samuel P. Frantz by deed of record in Deed Book

Corders Offioe, Franklin County, Ohio, and bounded and desoribed as follows:
Beginning at a point at the northwest oorner of said Frantz traot at the
right of way of Rings Road, with the oenterline of Frantz Road, thenoe N.
850 05' 00" E. along the S. right of way of Rings Road 9; distanoe of 1,000
feet to a point, Thenoe S. 60 39' 57'" E. along the east line of said Frantz
traot and along a west line of said Mary E. Soatterday tract a distance of
1,009.60 feet to an iron pin at the southeast oorner of said Frantz traot
and at corner of said Mary E. Soatterday traot: Thenoe S. 790 12' 10"W.

pin at the northeast oorner of said Fulsoher traot and at an angle point in
the oenterline of Rings Road (passing an iron pin in the south right-of-way
line of Rings Road at 686.43 feet); Thenoe N. 60 31' 55" W. along the oenter- --
line of Rings Road and along the west line of said Frantz traot a distanoe of
315.56 feet to the plaoe of beginning and oontaining 24.311 aores of land
more or less and being subjeot to all legal highways, easements and restriot-

SECTION 2. That the Clerk be and he hereby is' direoted to give notioe of said
hearing by publioation in a newspaper of general oiroulation in the Village
of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing
and by first olass mail to the property owners within and oontiguous to and
direotly aoross the street from the above-desoribed property at the addresses
I of suoh owners appearing on the County Auditor's our rent tax list or the
Treasurer's mailing list, to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the
date fixed for said hearing. ;&
