ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST BID FOR BONDS BASED UPON ~THE LOWEST
RATE OF !NTEREST PRESENTED BY A RESPONSIBLE BIDDER

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin , Ohio:

be and the same is hereby accepted, said bid being the highest bid based upon
the lowest rate of interest other than that provided for in said bond ordinance;
Section 2. That said bonds, after being duly executed and signed
according tQ law and according to the ordinance heretofore adopted by said
Council, but bearing the rate of interest provided for in said accepted bid,
be delivered by the Clerk of said Council to the said purchaser on its com-
1 pliance with the terms of said sale;

, Section 3. That said Clerk furnish to said successful bidder a true
i.' transcript and statement of net indebtedness, certified by him and such other
information as is'provided by law;
Section 4. That the Clerk of said Council is hereby directed to

133.36 of the Revised Code of Ohio.
