That the Final Plat of a portion of Muirfield Dr. (also being a portion of Mlirfield Phase II), a copy of which is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, be, and the same is, hereby, approved. , SECTION 2. That, that portion of Ashbaugh Rd. as is indicated on the said "Exhibit A",be, and it is, hereby, vacated. SECTION 3. That this Resolution take effect and be in force irrmediatel upon its pass~ge.
