A RESOLUTION APPROVING 1HE FINAL
PIAT OF MJIRFIELD PHASE I
Be it Resolved by the Cmmcil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
_I (q of the elected members concurring;
, SECTION 1. That the Final Plat of Muirfield Phase I, a copy of which
is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, be, and
the same is, hereby, approved.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force immediately
upon its pass~ge~'

Dear Sirs:
This is to conform to Section 450.089 of the Zoning
Code that Muirfield Village will complete all sections
of Muirfield Village Phase I Exhibit A 1 thru 5 and
that portion of Muirfield Village (Muirfield Drive)
Phase II Exhibit A 1 thru 3, within one year of date
of approval of plat.
Muirfield Ltd. further agrees that all construction
material used in improvements will be in accordance
with the approved plans and as depicted on this plat
and to hold the Village free and harmless from
damages arising out of constructional improvements.
The owner has furnished sufficient security to the
Village to cover cost of completion of said work plus
5% on the estimated cost of construction as required to
maintain all improvements for a period of one year.
I This plan is submitted in accordance with both the
appropriate Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances and
represents finalization of work presented and approved
in the Final Development Plans for Muirfield Phase I
and Phase II previously presented to and approved by
the Planning and Zoning Commission.
