I A RESOLUTION OF INTENT
REGARDING MUIRFIELD DRIVE
I BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio 0 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio that, at that time in the future that the
proposed Muirfield Drive is completed with at least two lanes
of traffic approved for dedication by the Village Engineer
I and dedicated to the said Village as shown on Exhibit "A"

attached ,hereto and made a part hereof, that said Village
will abandon the following: Section A of Ashbaugh Road as
shown on the said Exhibit "A" when Section 1 of Muirfield
Drive is complete and dedicated as shown on the said Exhibit
"A"; Section B of Ashbaugh Road when Section 2 of Muirfield
I I)' Drive i~ comple.te and dedicated as shown on the said Exhibit

"A"; and all of Drake Road will be abandoned when Section 3
of Muirfield Drive is complete and dedicated as shown on the
said Exhibit "A", and, Road D as shown on the said Exhibit "A"
) is complete and ded~cated, thereby providing all abutting
property owners ~ith a dedicated public road. \
