DEED RESTRIl;nON IN KJIRFIELD DRIVE
I BE IT REsoLVED, by the COtDlcil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio -0
of the elected members concurring:
SECrION 1. 'mAT, at the time the proposed Mlirfield Drive or any part
thereof, is dedicated to the Village, of Dublin, Obio,.the owner thereof is,

hereby, authorized to reserve to itself and otheIWise place the following
restricions on the said Mlirfield Drive:
Mlirfield Ltd. reserves the right to ' \
plant, maintain and promote the growth
of beautifying landscaping wi thin the
dedicated areas of Muirfield Drive.
It is agreed that such beautification
including trees, bushing and other plant
material will be for the good of all
those persons using the road ane)., living
within the Village of Dublin andffurther
that the Dublin Village COtDlcil grants
to MLlirfield, Ltd., and at such time as
Muirfield Ltd. no longer exists, to
Muirfield Association, the right to
I",,'.,., approve any d, estru ction, movement, or
j .', change to said landscaping. However,
0, M..tirfield Ltd. and its successor,
Muirfield Association, agree to lirni t
their right in tiis regard so as not
to unduly withhold such right when it
is proved necessary for the maintenanc~
or construction of utilities within
Muirfield Dri-ve9~for necessary pnming
or tree removal that may prove to be
a safety hazard for the use of the
Drive; and further, Muirfield Ltd. anq.
.its successor, Muirfield Association,
that th~ will hold the Village of Dublin
, harmless'and free and clear of any and all
claims that might arise from injury, harm,
or damage, done by or to any of its employees
or agents in the care and maintenance of any
material within this area. In addition to
the above, Muirfield grants to the Dublin
Village CotDlcil and/or its successors the
right by a vote of 2/3 of the members
of said COtDlcil at any public meeting to waive,
rescind or suspend any or all of the restric-
tions placed upon the Village in this regard
I as long as at least one week's written notice
was given to either Muirfield Ltd. or its
successor, Muir'field Associatiu}of said public
meeting.
