A RESOLUTION DIRECTING BURGESS & NIPLE LIMITED TO
PROCEED WITH TIlE PREPARATION OF EsrlMATES, EASfMENI'S ,
AND ROCK INVESTIGATIONS FOR 'mE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
I ano SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the voters of the Village of Dublin have approved the necessary
bonding for construction of the Village of Dublin Sanitary Sewer Proj ect; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Village of Dublin to
proceed with said project; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin currently has a contract with Burgess &
Niple Limited under the tenns of which said Burgess & Niple Limited has agreed
to prepare the estimated assessments, easement plats and descriptions and do
rock investigations, and prepare a "Facilities Plan" in accordance with

U.S.E.P.A. and Ohio E.P.A. Laws, Rules and Regulations for said sewer project;
IDW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio (p of the members elected thereto concurring:
I SECTION 1. That Burgess & Niple Limited be, and they are hereby directed
to proceed with the preparation of estimated assessments and easement plats and
descriptions, and do rock investigations, and prepare a "Facilities Plan" in
accordance with U.S.E.P.A. and Ohio E.P.A. Laws, Rules and Regulations related
to said sewer project.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution be, and the Sjmle hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the inunediate preselVation of the public
peace, health, w~lfare and safety for the reason that said Village of Dublin's
present sanitary s,ste~ may be detrimental to said Village's water supply and

the proposed sanitary seWer proj ect is needed to protect the peace, health,
welfare and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that this
Resolution shall tqke effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
