RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A RULE OF mUNCIL PERTAINING TO
1HE FILING OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
I WHEREAS, the members of the Council of the Village of Dublin are of the
opinion that, in the interests of the health, safety and welfare of the
residents of the Village of Dublin, all proposed Ordinances and Resolutions be
filed with the Village Clerk prior to regularly scheduled Council meetings;
IDW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,

SECI'ION 1. That all proposed Ordinances and Resolutions to be presented
to the Council of the Villag~ of Dublin for consideration at its next
scheduled meeting must be filed with the Village Clerk, or the Village Adminis-
trator, no later than 5: 00 0' clock P.M. on the Thursday iIImediately preceeding
such meeting.
SECI'ION2. That this role may be waived by approval of three-fourths(3/4)
I of the members of said Council.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, delcared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the inmediate preservation of the public
peace and safety for the reason that the COWlCil of the Village of Dublin has
detennined such role is necessary for the orderly conduct of the business of
said Council, and that this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
inmediately upon its :passage.
