I SETTING TIME AND PlACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin, state

SECTION 1. That on the (S^ day of J~...v\ , 1974, at 8100
o'olook P.M. in the Counoil Chamber at the Village Munioipal
building, a publio hearing shall be held on the proposed tax
budget for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the year 1975.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir-
eoted to give notioe of said hearing by publioation in a news-
paper of general oirculation in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, at
least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing in
aooordance with Seotion 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code.
I SECTION 3. That at least two (2) oopies of said budget shall be
filed in the offioe of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Dublin
for publio inspeotion not less than ten (10) days prior to said
hearing. ~t~
