A RESOLUTION DIRECTINJ BURGESS & NIPLE LIMITED
10 PROCEED WIlli THE PREPARATION OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND FSI'IMATES' OF COSTS
I FOR TIlE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the voters of the Village of Dublin have approved the necessary
bonding for construction of the Village of Dublin Sanitary Sewer Project; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Cotmcil of the Village of Dublin to
proceed with said protect; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin currently has a contract with Burgess & Nip1
Limited tmder the terms of which said Burgess & Nip1e Limited has agreed to
the plans, specifications, and estimates of costs for said sewer project;
r-.DW, lHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cotmcil of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio S of the members elected theretb concurring:
SECTION 1.
That Burgess & Nip1e Limited be, and they are herE$y directed to proceed
I with the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates of costs related
to said seJer project.
SECTION 2.
That this Resolution be, and the same ~reby is, declared to be an emer-
gency measure necessary for the imnediate preservation of the public, peac~,
heal th, welfare and safety for the reason that said Village of Dublin's present
sanitary systems may be detrimental to said Village's water supply and the
proposed sanitary sewer project is needed to protect the .peace, health, welfare'
and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that this Resolution
shall take effect and be in force inmediate1y upon its passage.
