SITTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBUC HEARING
I BE IT RESOLVBD by the Counoil ot the Village ot Dublin, State
ot Ohio, ~ ot the_elected member. concurring.
SBCTION 1. That on IIay 6th, 1974, at 8 tOO P.lI. at the Village
J6micipal Building, a public hearing Ihall be held on the
proposed adoption ot revised subdivision rules and regulations.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and m hereby is directed
to give notioe ot said hearing by publioation in a newlpaper 01'
general oiroulation in the Village at least 1'ifteen (15) days
prior to the date 1'ixed tor the said hearing.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinanoe proposing edoption 01' revised
I subdi'Vision rules and regulations together with the report 01'
the P~ing Commission be tiled tor public examination in the
o1'1'ioe 01' the Village Cle rk-Treasurer, and that it be, and remain
available tor public examination until the publio hearing is held
thereon. ~t.~
