RESOLUTION NO. 0:;-- 70 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:

SECTION 1:

That on /fAY , 1970, at 8 :00 P. M. at the
Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed
rezoning of the following described land from Agricultural and Residential
to Commercial District C:
. Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of
'b.}~\I~ Wttshington. and in Survey No. 2542, Virginia Military Lands,
and being all of the residual acreage of the Clark L. Coffman
-..- 13.863 acre tract, designated as Parcel No.2, as recorded
in Deed Book 1631, Page 93 and also being a 0.813 acre portion
of the Clark L. Coffman 24. 54 acre tract as recorded in Deed
Book 904, Page 643, all the above deeds of record in Franklin
County Recorder's Office, and said properties being more
particularly described as follows:
~ Commencing at an iron pin in the center of Frantz Road
at its intersection with the centerline of Survey of U. S.
Route 33; thence with the centerline of Frantz Road S. 50 04'
\.,J 28" W., 260. 63 feet to an iron pin in the northwesterly corner
of the Clark L. Coffman 13.863 acre tract. also being the true
point of beginning of the properties herein described; thence
along the southerly line of Ohio Federal Savings and Loan
property N. 89005' 26" E., 251.48 feet to an iron pin; thence
along the easterly line of said property N. 50 02' 06" E., 183.12
feet to an iron pin in the southerly right-of-way line of U. S.
Route 33; thence along said right-of-way line the following four
(4) courses: thence N. 89008' 05" E., 5.01 feet to an iron pin;
thence S. 860 15' 56" E., 250.81 feet to an iron pin; thence
N. 840 50' 44" E., 200.56 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 890 08'
05" E., 318.05 feet to an iron pin; thence along the easterly line
of said Clark L. Coffman 13.863 acre tract, also being the
westerly line of a 1. 00 foot reserve and a 50.00 foot easement
as recorded in Deed Book 2309, Page 74, S. 40 06' 51" W.,
550.27 feet to an iron pin; thence along the northerly line of
the Clark L. Coffman. 24.54 acre tract, S. 880 54' 29" E.,
46.45 feet to an iron pin at the northeasterly corner of said
tract; thence along the easterly line of said 24.54 acre tract.
C S. 20 42' 42" W., 80.00 feet to an iron pin; thence through said
24.54 acre tract N. 840 36' 39" W., 878.34 feet to an iron pin
in the southerly line of said 13.863 acre tract and also being the
northeasterly corner of the Norman D. and Carol Roll property
as recorded in Deed Book 2799, Page 339; thence along the
aforesaid southerly line N. 890 55' 10" W., 200.76 feet to a
R. R. Spike in the centerline of Frantz Road, passi~ an iron
pin at 180.70 feet; thence along said centerline N. 5 04' 28" E.,
355.83 feet to the point of beginning, containing 12.476 acres of
land, more or less and subject to all easements and rights-of-
way of record.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of

said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the
Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous
to and directly across the street from the above-described property at the
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax list
f? or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to
