RESOLUTION NO.
SETTING TIME AND PLA CE FOR PUBLIC REA RING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, S- of the members elected thereto concurring:

That on A fR t L , 1970, at 8:00 P. M. at the Village
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning
of the following described land from Agricultural and Residential to
Commercial District C:
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of
Dublin, and being part of a 79.92 acre tract of land described
in a deed to Samuel McGurer of record in Deed Book 1911,
Page 34, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point of reference at the intersection of
the northerly property line of the said 79.92 acre tract of
land and the westerly right-of-way line of Sawmill Road,
said point being 55.00 feet left of the centerline station
85+56. 15 of the construction of Sawmill Road;
n Thence S 30 00' 22" W, 200.00 feet along the westerly

\.,.. right-of-way line of Sawmill Road to the true place of
beginning of this description;

Thence S 3 00' 22 W, 460.00 feet along the westerly
right-of-way line of Sawmill Road to a point;
Thence N 860 23' 38" W, 660.00 feet parallel to the
northerly line of the said McGurer tract of land to a point;
Thence N 30 00' 22" E, 660.00 feet to a point in the
northerly property line of the said McGurer tract of land;

Thence S 86 23' 38 E, 460.00 feet along the northerly
property line of the said McGurer tract of land to a point;
Thence S 3<i>0' 22" W, 200.00 feet p~rallel to the westerly
right-of-way line of Sawmill Road to a point;
Thence S 860 23' 38" E, 200.00 feet to the place of
beginning, containing 9.082 acre more or less.
C SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of
said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the
Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous

to and directly across the street from the above-described property at the
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax list
or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to I

the date fixed for said hearing.
