SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 5 of the members elected thereto concurring:
r SECTION 1:
APRIL ~
'-r' That on , 1970, at 8:00 P. M. at the Village
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning
I of the following described land from Agricultural and Residential to

Commercial District C:
Situated in Section 2, Township 2 North, Range 19 West,
United States Military Lands, in the Village of Dublin, County
of Franklin, State of Ohio: Being a portion of Lot Number
Two (2) of a partition of the lands of Chauncey McGurer as the
said lot is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat
thereof, of record in Plat Book 12, Page 27, Recorder's
Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said Lot No. 2 having been
conveyed to Samuel McGurer by deed of record in Deed Book
1911, Page 34, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio,
and a portion of said Lot No. 2 having been subsequently conveyed
to Edna B. McGurer by deed of record in Deed Book 2058, Page
572, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and bounded
fl and described as follows:

'- Beginning at a solid iron pin at the intersection of the
south line of said Lot No. 2 and the south line of said Section
2 with the new west right-of-way line of Sawmill Road as shown
upon Sheet 12 of 23 of the Ohio Department of Highways right-
of-wa~ plans for FRA-270-10. 33 N. said iron pin also being
N. 86 26' 50" W a distance of 43.23 feet from a point at the
southeast corner of said Section 2 and the southeast corner
of said Lot No.2;
Thence N 860 26' 50" W along a portion of the south line
of said Section 2, along a portion of the south line of said
Lot No. 2 and along a portion of the north line of Lot Number
Fifteen (15) of Meadowland Heights, as shown of record in
Plat Book 27, Page 60, Recorder's Office, Franklin County,
Ohio, a distance of 687.56 feet to an iron pin;
Thence N 30 DO' 22" E a distance of 374. 10 feet to an
iron pin; \
Thence S 860 24' 20" E parallel with the north line of
r said Lot No. 2 a distance of 660.00 feet to an iron pin in the
new west right-of-way line of Sawmill Road;
Thence S 30 00' 22" W along the new west right-of-way
line of Sawmill Road a distance of 89.05 feet to an iron pin
located 60.00 feet left of centerline station 77 + 50.00 of
Sawmill Road;
Thence S 20 31' 18" E along the new west right-of-way
line of Sawmill Road a distance of 286. 17 feet to the place
of beginning;

subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of said
hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
r of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing
\... and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and
directly across the street from the above-described property at the
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax list
or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least 20 days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing.
