I' SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
( of Ohio, t of the members elected thereto concurring:
~ SECTION 1:
L That on :PEe. I ' 1969 at K: 0 () P. M. at the Village
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning
of the following described land from Agricultural and Residential to Com-
mercial District C:
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin and
the Village of Dublin and being part of a certain
20.68 Acre Tract, same being the remainder of a certain
50 Acre Tract conveyed to John I. Thomas, by deed
recorded in Deed Book 1535, Page 238, records of the
Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a spike in the center line of Tuller
Road at the southeast corner of said John I. Thomas,
same being the southwest corner of a certain 3.0 Acre
Tract, as conveyed to Earl C. Headlee and Bertha May
" Headlee, by deed recorded in Deed Book 1369, Page 398,
, , records of the Franklin County Recorder's Office; thence
\w N. 86 deg. 38' 29" W., with the center line of Tuller
Road a distance of 250.00 ft. to a spike; thence
N. 2 deg. 32' 31" E., passing an iron pin at 25.00 ft., a
distance of 528.05 ft. to a point in the southerly
boundary line of a certain 18.04 Acre Tract, conveyed
to the State of Ohio, as recorded in Deed Book 2665, Page
559, records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio,
same being the right of way for Interstate Route No. 270;
thence Easterly with said south right of way of Inter-
state Route No. 270 and a curve to the right, having
a radius of 12,117.67 ft.. a central angle of 1 deg. 10' 58"
and a chord bearing S. 89 deg. 33' 04" E., a distance of
250.16 ft. to an iron pin in the east line of said Thomas;
thence S. 2 deg. 32' 31" W.. with the east line of said
Thomas and the west line of said Headlee and passing an
iron pin at 515.75 ft., a distance of 540.75 ft. to the
point of beginning, containing 3.064 acres, more or less,
and subject to a11legal highways.
SECTION 2:
C That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of
said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the

I Village of Dublin at least 30 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing

I and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and
directly across the street from the above-described property at the ad-
dresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax list
