SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
C BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State

, SECTION 1:

I That on July 7, 1969, at 8 :00 P. M. at the Village Municipal
,

I
I Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning of the
following described land from Agricultural and Residential to Industrial:
9.581 acre tract owned by Frank A. Thomas, located East of
I Wilcox Road and lying between U. S. Route 33 and Shier-Rings
Road, which tract is described in detail in the application for
rezoning anq. in the proposed rezoning ordinance which is now
on file with the Clerk of the Village of Dublin and available
for inspection.
SECTION 2:
C That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of said
hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
I of Dublin at least 30 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by
first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and
directly across the street from the above described property at the
I
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax
, list or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least 20 days prior to
the date fixed for said hearing.
