RESOLUTION NO. '17 -7 B
A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR COORDINATION
c) BETWEEN THE DUBLIN VILLAGE COUNCIL, DUBLIN
VILLAGE SCHOOL BOARD AND THE DUBLIN
BUSINESS COMMUNITY AND AUTHORIZING THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL AND ITS DESIGNEES TO
PARTICIPATE IN STUDY AND DISCUSSION MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, it is desirable in the interests of the Dublin
Village Community that there exist a mutual cooperation between the
elected Council of said Village, the Dublin School Board, and
the Dublin Business Community and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the public health, safety
or welfare that representatives of said groups meet periodically
to study, evaluate and discuss mutual concerns affecting the
inhabitants of the said Village of Dublin,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of said
Village of Dublin, Ohio, f members concurring, that:
Section 1.
V There be and hereby is declared the necessity for such
coordination and study between the Council of the Village of
Dublin, the Dublin Area School Board and the Dublin Business
Community to meet and discuss matters which concern the inhabitants
6f ~he Village of Dublin, Ohio.
Section 2.
Insofar as practicable, the above group is hereby authorized
to meet, as often as deemed necessary, to study and discuss
possible resolutions to matters which concern Dublin.
Section 3.
The Mayor shall appoint three members of the Business
Community to participate in said studies for a term of two (2) years.
Section 4.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
