'-If,.. 7B A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NEWLY CREATED DUBLIN CHARTER COMMISSION TO USE THE LAW SERVICES OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN SOLICITOR 0 WITHOUT COST TO THE COMMISSION , i WHEREAS, The electorate of the Village of Dublin has I : ! i recently determined that the creation of a Charter Commission is necessary for the Village, and WHEREAS, The existing Council of the Village of Dublin is I , desirous of insuring that said Charter Commission has adequate I legal services available for counselling purposes in constructing I I , I I said proposed charter, I ! , NOvJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village I ! I I , ~ , of Dublin, Ohio, members concurring, that: I , : I Section 1. The newly elected and formed Dublin Charter I I I , Commission be and hereby is authorized to use the legal services (J of the Village Solicitor, Stephen J. Smith or his firm, as I : needed, at no cost to said Charter Commission. I I , , 1 Section 2. The Village Solicitor is hereafter authorized , to bill all legal services rendere~ on behalf of the Dublin i I Charter Commission, to the Village of Dublin. i I i i Section 3.
