RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO MAKE FIVE
(5) APPO I NTMENTS TO THE DUBLI N AREA COMMUN flY
S IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, this Council by Resolution #25-78 passed September II,
1978, has designated a Dublin Area Community Improvement Corporation,
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor is to make five (5) appointments to said Cor-
poration:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RtiS01VED by the Counc i I of the V i II age of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring;
SECTION I. The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint five (5)
elected or appointed officials of the Village of Du~lin, Oh~o to
the Dubl in Area Community Improvement Corporation, WI1-~ CO./Jl'{cIL _

SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in fore
immediately upon its passage.
