A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT
AN EASEMENT FOR WATERLINE CONSTRUCT-
m ION ON DAVID ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the eleeted members concurring:
SECTION I. That the easement Shirley Schirtzinger in the amount
of $300.00 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc
immediately upon its passage.
