A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT
~ SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
I Ohio, fJ> of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the easement of Rita J. Sabatino, in the amount
of $5,500.00 and the easement of THE YASSENOFF FOUNDATION, INC.
in the amount of $7,000.00, are hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc.
immediately upon its passage.
