concurring:
SECTION I. That the easeMent of ThOMas L. and
Carol A. Myers, in the aMount of $ 2,750.00, the
ease..nt of Jeffrey P. and Susan L. Forster, In
the aMount of $ 1,472.00, the easement of John
D. aRd~M8rsha S. Gutherie, in the a.ount of
$ 1,941.00 and the ease..nt of Harriett A.
Holder, in the aMount of $ 1,000.00 are hereby
approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take eff-
ect and be in force immediately upon its pass-
age.
