RESOLUT I ON NO. 3Q-li
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY
( FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
MONTEREY IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN TO THr GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the Villag80f Dublin, Ohio has made certain drainage
improvements on Monterey Drive in said Village, and
WHEREAS, the said Village of Dublin, Ohio had caused a note to be
executed for said improvements and the property owners included
within said improvements and benefitted thereby to be duly assess-
ed for payment of the note on said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the said note was renewed three tiMeS and finally cancel
led and paid in full on May 16, 1972, from the general funds of
the Vi Ilage, and
WHEREAS, assessments for said improvement remaining uncollected as
of the date of cancellation and payment in full of said note, were
collected and deposited in the Monterey Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, there is presently on deposit in said Monterey Improvemen
C Fund since October, 1974, the sum of $1,712.96, which s.... is no

and
WHEREAS, there are no out/standing obi igations incurred in the ac-
quisition of such improvellent, and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the public health; safety and
welfare of said Village that said unexpended sums remaining on de-
posit in the Monterey Improvement Fund be transferred to the gen-
eral fund of the Village pursuant to Section 5705.14 Revised Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the said Village, ~
members concurring:
Section I. That there be and hereby is declar~d a necessity, that
said funds in the amo~n of $1,712.96 remaining on deposit in the
Monterey Improvement und of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, be trans
ferred, as authorized by Section 5705.14 Revised Code, to the gen-
eral fund of said Village.
Sect i on 2. 'That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
