Sect i on I. That on' the 6t~ day of November 1978 at 7:30 P.N. a
public hearing shall' be held at the Dublin Nunicipal Building to
consider amendments to the Subdivision Regulations pertaining to
Storllwater Drainage.
Section 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is directe
to give Notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of
genera I c i rcu I at i on in t he V i II age of Dub I in at I east fifteen (15
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing. (See Section 900
of the Subdivision Regulations).
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its p.ssage.
