A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR
0 A PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, t;,
of tl1e elected members concurring:

SECTION 1: That on the 6th day of November 1978 at 7:30 P.l-i. at the Dublin
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the application for S.O.
(Suburban Ottice) C.C. (Community Commercial) and R-12 (Urban Residential)
zoning for the "Coffman-1'dller Tract" a tract of land of approximately 2. 'f
acres within the Village. The land is currently zoned R-2 (Limited Suburban
Residential). The proposed Ordinance No:~ and the application
data together with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commission are on fil
in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2: That the Clerk-Treasurer be and he hereby is, directed to give
Notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in
the Village of Dublin at 1 east thirty (30) days prior to the d ate fixed for
said hearing and by first class m~il to the tproperty owners within and con-
tiguous to and directly across the street from the property requested to be
rezoned. The notices shall be sent to the addresses of such owners appearing
on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasurers mailing list, and
are to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing .
C SECTION 3 ~ This Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
