A. RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A
t PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTIrn 1: Whereas, the Council of the Village of Dublin has determined that
it is necessary, to provide for a specific zoning distri,ct and specific zoning
regulations for that portion of the Village of Dublin , Ohio, bounded by I-270
on the north, Sawmill Road on the east, Martin Road on the south, and the
Scioto River on the west, hereafter designated as the Corridor Development Dis
trict, and a public hearing on these proposed amendments to the Zoning Code is
hereby set for AJotJm~1A. ~ f: 1'16 , 1978 at 7:30 P.M. in the Dublin
Municipal BUilding, Cof man Road, Dublin, Ohio.
SECTIOO' 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force1mroediate1y upo
its passage.
