BE IT RESOLVED ~ the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio,-2- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the easement of John M. and Juna Bihl,
in the amount of $ 2,091.00, the easement of Charles
L. and Louise Mand, in the amount of $ 4,645.00, the
easement of Victor J. and Helen Sabo, in the amount.
of $ 230.00, the easement of Margaret H. Vogel, in
the amount of $ 2,984 .00, the easement of Chris. H.
and Lillian J. Zwimer, in the amount of $ 3,085.00,
the easement of Muirfield Ltd, in the amount of $ 1.00
and the easement of Jerry L. and Patricia Nicely, in
the amount of $ 1,720.00 are hereby approved and acc-
epted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
