BE IT ~VEO by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring: .
SECTIUN I. That the easement obtained from Richard C. and Jolene
Gudesen for Phase II Sanitary Sewers in the amount of $1,599.00
is hereby approved and accepted~
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
