RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING.
(] BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
OhiQ, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTf ON I. That on the 16th day of October 1978, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on
the application for Planned Unit Development (P.U.O.) zoning for
"Indian Run Meadow" a tract of land of approximately 198 acres
within the Village of Dublin. The land is currently zoned Re-
si dent i a I R-I. The proposed Ord i nance No: 11w 18 and the app I i ca-
tion data together with the report of the Planning and Zoning
Commission are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of
the Village.
SECTioN 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direct-
ed to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper 0
general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first class
mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and directly
across the street from, the property requested to be rezoned. Th
notices shall be sent to the addresses of such owners appearing
on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasurers mailing
list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the
