A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
SOLICITOR TO ENTER I NTO A CONTRACT
WITH THE CITY OF COLUMBUS PROSECUTORS
D OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, lD of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Village Solicitor be, and he hereby is,
authorized to enter into a contract with the City of Columbus
Prosecutors Office to handle Dublin cases which are referred
to the Columbus Prosecutors Office.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc~
immediately upon its passage.
