A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS.
m BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the easement obtained from Robert C. and Patrici
A. Perry for Phase II Sanitary Sewers in the amount of $3,102.00
is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Reselution shall take effect and be in
immediately upon its passage.
