A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANO ACCEPT-
ING EASEMENTS FOR SA~ITARY SEWERS.
a PE IT RESOLVEO by the Counci I of the Village of Oublin, State of
Ohio, ID of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the easement obtained from Howard O. and Barb-
ara A. Smith and the easement from John H. and Mary E. Barrett,
both for a payment of 1.00 each, are hereby approved and ac-
cepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
