D BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. That on the 2nd day of October, 1978, at 7:30 P.M., at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the application of Muirfield Ltd. for rezoning of approximatel~ 38.4 acres of land within the Village to the P.U.D. Planned Unit Development Zoning District from Residential Zoning District R-I. The proposed Ordinance No: "7t.- 79 and the application together with the report of the Planning and Zoning Commission are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village. SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, dir- ected to give notice of said hearing by publication in a news- paper of general circulation in the Village of'Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and directly across the street from, the property requested to be rezoned. The notices shall be sent to the addresses of such owners appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasurers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty (20) [] days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
