A RESOLUTION APPROV:ING AND ACCEPTING
EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS.
~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section I. That the easement obtained from Diana T. Callahan
, for Phase II Sanitary Sewers in the amount of $1.00 and from
Howard D. and Barbara A. Smith in the amount of $1.00 are hereby
approved and accepted.
I Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
