A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS. :

D BE IT RESOl~D by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
Section I. That the easement obtained from Vernon C. and Beverly
A. Stevens for Phase II Sanitary Sewers, in t he amount of
$400.00 is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
