WHEREAS, the Franklin County Budget Commission has recom- mended that the Vi Ilage of Dub"'n, Ohio, adopt an altern- ative method for allocation of the undivided Local Govern- ment Fund in Franklin County, Ohio, and: WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, desires to adopt said alternative method. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members con- curring: SECTION I. That the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, hereby approves the adoption of the alternative method for allocation of the undivided Local Government Fund, as recom- mended by the Franklin County Budget Commission. SECTION 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emer- gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the 0 public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that this alternative method must be approved on or before August~ , 1978, wherefore, this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage.
