D A RESOLUTION REGARDING PAYMENT FOR
EASEMENTS.
RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, -- of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I. If Ohio Bell Telephone Company obtained easements, on
8rand Road in the Village of Dublin Which are to be used jointly
for the placement ~f telephone cable and Waterlines, the Village
of Dub I in will share in the cost of said easements upon receipt
of copies of said easements and proof of payment thereof.
SECTION 2. This Resolution will take effect and be in force from
