C BE IT RE~OLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That on the 10th day of July, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. at the
Dublin Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the
Proposed Tax Budget for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for fiscal ,

year 1979.
SECTION 2.: That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direc-
ted to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper
of general circulation in the Village of Dublin, Ohio at least
ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing in accord-
ance with Section 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION t:. That at least two (2) copies of said proposed Budget
shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village
of Dublin for public inspection not less than ten (10) days prior
to said hearing.
