RESOLUTION SETTING A TIME AND PLACE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Counci' of the Village of Dublin, State of

SECTION I. That on the 19th day of June, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. at

I application, together with the report of the Plann;ng and Zpn;ng
Commission, are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of
the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby ;s, direc-
ted to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper
of general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty
(30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first
class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and
directly across the street from the property requested to be re-
zoned. The not ice shall b. sent to the addresses of such owners
0 appearing on the County Auditors current tax list or the Treasur-
ers mailing list, and are to be sent at least twenty ,~~ days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
