May 4, 1978 Sherman Sheldon r'1 Village Administrator t \ Dublin, Ohio 43017 ~ Dear Mr. Sheldon: The Assessment Equalization Board for the Phase II Municipal Sewage System held a meeting on May 3, 1978 to hear those property owners who had registered an objection to the estimated assessments. All who had filed objections were present and were given ample opportunity to state their position. After discussion, the objection of the Washington Local Schools was withdrawn by Mr. Grizzell. Following a review and due consideration of the information presented, the Assessment Equalization Board voted unanimously to disallow all objections. Evidence was presented during the meeting by property owners Ottelin and McCaffrey that they may encumber excessive costs to avail them- selves of the sewer service. Members of the Board are syznpathetic to their situation and recommend to the Village Council that they ( receive consideration under the hardship resolution recently enacted. Very truly yours, ~~ Jack Frambes, Chr. elvin S er ~Aw Chi Weber, Sec'y. \\ ., ~
