A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT
EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS
~ RELATIVE TO "WATER TRANSMISSION MAIN
r IMPROVEMENTS-RESIDENTIAL SERVICE MAINS"
IN "OLD DUBLIN": AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:

said Village be, and they hereby are, appointed to act as an
Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely
written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore re-
ported to the Council of the cost of "Water Transmission Main
Improvements-Residential Service Mains" in "Old Dublin~ and to
equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with th
law, and with Resolution No:02-78 adopted by the Council on the
20th day of February 1978.
SECTION 2. The Board shall firstteet for the above purpose at
~ 129 South High Street, on the //~ day of ~AY , 1978, at
:. 7:30 P.M. and upon completion of such equa~ shall report
such equalized assessments to Counci I.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
