A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESS-
MENT EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR
~ OBJECT IONS TO THE IMPROVEMENT "SAN-
ITARY SEWERS-PHASE II" - V ILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO.
BE IT RESOLVED, b~ the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I. That .
and :fA ck FRAf18ES , three dis-interested freeholders
of said Village, be and they hereby are, appointed to act as an
Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely
written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore re-
ported to the Council of the cost of "Sanitary Sewers - Phase II"
in the Village of Dublin, and to equalize the same as to them
seems proper, in accordance with the law and with Resolution
No: 49-77 adopted by the Couneil on January 16, 1978.
SECTION 2. The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at
129 S. High St., Dublin, Ohio on the 3~p day of J1~Y , 1978
at 7:30 P.M., and upon completion of such equalizati n, shall
~ report such equalized assessments to Council.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in forc
immediately upon its passage.
